For the Church, pray:

• our sectarian divisions crumble while uniting in prayer around God's heart. May a true love for one another be the evidence of His transforming power, drawing many to Christ.

Mother's Day, May 12:​

• To honor mothers, we pray with gratitude for God's blessing for the continued impact of their wisdom and sacrificial love;

• We intercede for those who are contemplating an abortion. Pray that believers around them would be kind and compassionate and walk alongside them through whatever life challenges they face. Pray also that they hear the Spirit of Truth over deceptive, despairing voices, that they would know their value and the value of God’s gift of life within. • Pray for encouragement and help for mothers who lack emotional & financial support or who are discouraged by difficult relationships.

• Pray for the softening of hearts and the return of wayward children.
   

Our Communities:

• May 21st primary elections: Pray for the integrity of our elections and praise the Lord for the many volunteers who make these free elections possible.

• Pray for God's best outcome for candidates and local measures. 

• Pray for community leaders to be united in solutions for the homeless.

• Plead for the arrest of drug cartel leaders and traffickers; protection and release from bondage of the addicted.
   

Mid-Valley Women of Christ:

• Pray for us as we seek God's wisdom for Fall 2024’s Bible Study selection. Also, ask for God to raise up women with a heart for our mission to join our Board.
